AUTOMATIC SUCTION ZONES…
The machine work surface is divided into 6 asymmetric vacuum zones.
More vacuum zones provide a stronger grip during cutting.
The suction zones are controlled by software and activated separately and automatically according to the panel size on the worktop.
LINEAR TOOL CHANGE UNIT…
The automatic linear tool changer improves the production and transport capacity of the Orka CNC router by changing tools very quickly without the help of a manual operator.
In this way, the unit reduces downtime on a given project.
There are sensors for each linear tool change caliper to prevent collisions.

RETRACTABLE MATERIAL POSITIONING PINS…
The automatic, concealed material positioning pins are controlled manually via the machine’s software interface.
Each retractable pin has sensors to avoid collisions.

Dynamic and position press rollers for cutting small parts and also cutting multiple boards at the same time.

With the dual ER25 and ER32 connection, the Hiteco Twin Aggregate system offers a special application for door hinge and flap milling operations. The aggregate unit on the Orka CNC router comes with the Hiteco C, 6 suction cups, 5 pop-up stops. in the work table, as a complete set. The C-axis is the fourth additional axis for the milling machine, making the machine available for 4-sided door machining.

Alphacam is a separate program not installed on the existing CNC controller.
Alphacam can be used by installing it on the computer connected to Vesta or on a separate computer.
