VACUUM WORKTOP.
The ALU-TECH worktop is divided into multiple vacuum zones, configured according to standard panel sizes. This system offers several advantages:
- Increased grip: Zoning allows the vacuum to be concentrated on specific areas of the panel that are being processed at that time, ensuring a firm and secure grip during cutting, milling, drilling and grooving operations.
- Reduced scrap: thanks to improved panel seal, the risk of unwanted vibration and displacement is minimized, thus reducing the possibility of scrap due to inaccurate cuts.
- Easy removal of parts: at the end of the machining, the vacuum power is automatically reduced to allow the operator to remove the machined panels in a simple and fast way.
This automatic vacuum zone system is a major advantage in terms of efficiency, precision and safety for ALU-TECH machining.
The main body of the machine is completely welded.
The ALU-TECH model with a single block body allows, in addition to a longer life of the machine and its components, also greater precision during the various processes.

How the automatic tool measurement works:
- Each time a new tool is loaded on the machine, the automatic system automatically measures its length.
- This measurement is saved in the machine memory and used to automatically compensate for the length of the tool during subsequent machining.
- This automatic measurement eliminates the need to measure tools manually, minimising the risk of human error and ensuring perfect calibration for each operation.

- The barrier is positioned around the machine’s working area and operates simultaneously with it.
- If something or someone enters the work area while the machine is running, the photoelectric barrier detects the break in the light beam and stops the machine immediately.
- Once the obstruction has been removed and safety is assured, the operator can restart the machine and the process will resume exactly where it was stopped.
This automatic system guarantees maximum safety for the operator, avoiding potential accidents during work.

The vertical machining concept is also advantageous for fast cleaning of the worktop: in horizontal CNCs, the worktop must be cleaned before each panel, while in vertical CNCs, chips that are not sucked during processing fall to the ground, Leaving the working surface clean and thus preventing unwanted scratches.
